February 4th, 2013. It's just an intro bro.

Hello!

Well, most of you are probably wondering what advice a 19 year old, far from athletic, maths student has to offer. The answer to that, is nothing. 

The reason why I'm starting this blog is so I can spread any ounce of gym knowledge I develop, in an attempt to inspire you. Also, I'll keep you updated with my own progress.

I've been going to the gym for around 3 years now and my nutrition has always been.. well to put it bluntly, it has been shit. I did attempt to clean up my diet last year and using a bit of bro-science, I did make some noticeable gains. 

What is bro-science some of you may ask? Let's ask our friends over at urban dictionary:

Broscience. Noun. Synonyms; bullshit, nonsense.

Broscience is the predominant brand of reasoning in bodybuilding circles where the anecdotal reports of jacked dudes are considered more credible than scientific research.
Broscience in action:
"Bro, you gotta slam 40-60 grams of waxy maize plus 20 grams of BCAA within 7 seconds of finishing your last set of squat rack curls. Otherwise, you'll go straight catabolic."
